Effective 22 September 2026 · Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms are between you and MountainPeak Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability
company ("we", "us"). They cover athleticsprofiles.com and everything it
publishes. By creating an account you accept them.
Photographs, text and links you add remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, re-encode and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service and showing the profile to the people you choose to show it to.
That licence exists so we can legally put your photograph on your athlete's page. It does not let us sell your content, licence it to anyone else, use it to advertise, or use it to train anything. It ends when you delete the content.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including the right to publish images of any other person who appears in them.
A profile is private until you publish it. Publishing makes the page and its photographs readable by anyone who has the link, without signing in. You decide who gets the link. Unpublishing hides it again immediately.
We ask search engines not to index published profiles, but we cannot guarantee the behaviour of every search engine, nor prevent anyone who has seen a page from copying it.
We may suspend or remove content or an account that breaks these rules. Where the concern involves a child's safety we will act first and explain afterwards.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| One athlete | $4.00 per month | $40.00 per year |
| Team | $49.00 per month | $490.00 per year |
Creating an account and building a profile costs nothing. A subscription is what lets you publish a profile so it can be shared with a coach. You will see the price and enter card details before anything is charged, and nothing is charged until you do.
Fees are charged in advance for the period you choose, in United States dollars, and payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the profile stays published until then. Cancelling one athlete does not affect another. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or we have got something wrong. If you switch between monthly and annual we will credit what you have already paid for the unused part of the period.
If a renewal payment fails we will tell you and retry for a short period. If it keeps failing the profile is unpublished rather than deleted; your content is not removed for non-payment, and republishing only requires a working payment method.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase affecting your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
A team account lets a coach or club pay for a roster. It does not transfer the right to consent on a child's behalf. The coach adds each parent's email address; each parent creates and publishes their own athlete's profile and gives their own guardian confirmation. A coach cannot publish a profile for a child whose parent has not done so.
We would rather tell you than let you find out:
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your content first.
You may stop at any time by deleting your profiles or asking us to close your account. We may end it if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. When an account is closed we delete the content under it as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will produce any recruiting outcome. We are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any conference, school or athletic association, and we do not advise on eligibility. Confirm eligibility and recruiting rules with the relevant body; they change and they are your responsibility.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case they do not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms. If you have a problem with us, you keep your ordinary rights to go to court. Please email us first; most things are a misunderstanding we can fix the same day.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes, including anything about fees, we will contact account holders rather than relying on you to notice.
